The Walking Dead, George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight, The Nostalgia Critic, The Event, and South Park. The Walking Dead is probably my favourite. It has developed and empathetic characters who are well acted, a mostly refreshing plot (quibbles include characters having to go into the city after leaving it because someone was left behind), tense situations, and the production in general is incredibly convincing. I especially like how the first episode at one point aims to make viewers feel sorry for the zombies, at least apparently. It worked for me. I can't wait for season two.
