i think you would be best to scrap that arms position, whether or not he is supposed to follow exact human anatomy or not doesnt change that the position of his right arm just throws off the entire picture.
to illustrate what i mean, go grab a GI-joe...or barbie or whatever and hold it in your left hand, go to a mirror and then try to recreate the cyclops' pose. watch your right arm the whole time from hand to shoulder and then, move your arm to a more natural position, study that and then (in my honest opinion) try to draw the more natural position, not on this drawing, just draw your arm in position on a new piece of paper, and do it over and over again :D
you should learn alot if you do that
