Nah, people group 2 didn't get a partner assigned yet. I'm not even sure if group 2 has enough people right now.
But i'll leave that to those who run the contest :p
There's been a misunderstanding. I'll clear things up...
krssvr is in Group 2, wtflolnoob and Quarl were in Group 2 but are now against each other in Group 1 since they had to even the contest out. No pairings in Group 2 have been assigned yet.
If there are any more questions, don't hesitate to ask :).
By the way, just to say a few things about next year:
Darklight17 and I will host the competition again probably, if you all are OK with it, except with a few changes.
-Firstly, the date will probably be around the end of summer, because around the Christmas holidays would cause problems such as christmas parties, in summer could cause problems such as people going abroad, and at the beginning of the year is, well, too early. Probably around mid-September or so we'll make the thread for the NG Audio Death Match 2010.
-Secondly, we will make it that everyone must post three different genres that they're going to make, similar to this year except in every round each person will be assigned one of those three genres to do. This will avoid people starting future rounds songs, and people starting their songs while the vacancies are still open. I suppose it was OK to do that this year, but next year's going to be harder >:).
-Thirdly, we'll be accepting up to 32 participants only next year. 64 is too much to handle, even though they would be split into two groups.
-I won't say fourthly because it sounds weird, so I'll say - Also, we'll try and get more judges to furthermore even out the scores. Aliaspharow, Darklight17 and I will still be judging (unless you guys start hating our judging xP), but along with some other people who might say yes to our PM's.
-Finally, next year the first post will have more warnings such as 'ONLY ENTER IF YOU ARE SURE THAT 2 WEEKS IS ENOUGH FOR YOU TO MAKE A SONG' and 'DO NOT ENTER IF YOU SUFFER FROM SHORT-TERM MEMORY LOSS, SINCE WE DON'T WANT PEOPLE FORGETTING THEY SIGNED UP' to avoid what happened this year.
So yeah, I think next year will be much better.

I got one question that I am confused about. Since we chose 3 genres for when we signed up, can we still do the same genre that we did for the last round or does it have to be different?

Well here's my entry. My computer died, and i haven't made updates since like last week. So sadly if there's problems in the song, i wont be able to fix them any time soon..... Oh and I cant hear anything since the computer i'm using, the sound is broken, so hopefully i'll be able to listen to vanguard's song before the end lol Good luck!

Sorry about that. I made a really stupid mistake on the deadlines. Don't mind the days of the week - just look at the days of the month. So if it says Wednesday 8th January, take it as 8th January not as Wednesday. If you guys are REALLY fussy, I can remake the deadlines with the right days of the week :P.
