Actually yeah, like a fusion between Heavy and Demoman. The facial structure is that of the Demoman, but the head structure is that of the Heavy.

Surprise surprise! It looks pretty cool, The claw on the left seems a little small or if it's supposed to reach further in the back? I agree on the lightblue colour, but I really like the colour on its shoulders and head.

Actually... it looks pretty solid.
The color scheme works very well together. and the design is pretty nice.
The pose has some decent dynamics and you got a good texture and a interesting and effective background.

Hush your mouth you big queen, it looks great, depending on how long you spent on it.
I think you should try experimenting with textures (either on a new layer, or with new brushes) so your creatures' skin looks more convincing. After that you can try to lose your dependency on outlines, and solidify your shapes with shadows instead.
