To be honest none of the new slogans really describe NG, the original one fits NG best cause it makes fun of the way NG is.

This way its kind of saying that most of the Flash Community comes here.
Although it sounds a bit like an advertisement slogan... :X

Honestly, Tom, I like the slogan as is. It's vague enough to encompass change, and it has a nice catchy ring to it. I don't think it's necessarily misleading. I bristle at the "World's Biggest Flash Community" and the like, largely because it smacks of cold e-commerce, and the original slogan makes NG sound like the raucous, rebellious, red-headed stepchild it really is.
Hey, there you go. "The Internet's Red-Headed Stepchild."

How about, "Newgrounds, the home of new talent today". I know that you wanted to consider the audio portal in your slogan but if you change your mind how about, "Newgrounds, the home of flashers today". I don't kow...
I've "only" been visiting NG for the last 2 years or so and I haven't been around as much as many people but I noticed that NG has changed a lot in the last 2 years. Therefore, a different slogan would better reflect what NG is today.

Just popped in my head, after seeing the I-Film slogan (Because you like to watch)
How bout something like:
NG - "Let Us Flash You"
NG - "Flash The (On-Line) World With Your Goods"
NG -"It's Not The Size of the Flash, But How You Use It"
Something along those lines. It's funny and truthful at the same time. Which is the point of the slogan, unlike "home of the boring boring boring" Slogans should be catchy and easy to remember and if it gets a laugh from some people, all the better.
