Follow the hint given to you by the little poem you find beforehand on the stairs. Something about "Before the blood is wet, I go from right to left. Then in reverse, something something curse, blah blah blah blah blah" (I don't remember it)... start at the top of the pentagram. :)

It's really no secret. It's after the 2nd boss, 3rd screen away, I believe. And it's in the middle of the screen, at the top - half of it is showing.

Never mind, they suddenly started showing up for some reason when I got to world 3. But I was wondering if anybody had a clue as to the last secret medal?

Could someone tell me how to get the 2 secret medals on Slime's Cake Quest?
None of the medals I've earned today have worked. It's come up during the games saying that I've done what was necessary to achieve them, but the images below the games and on my profile have never been unlocked/added.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Not me... You just have to make sure the game has working medals, not broken ones.
Also, You can try different browser? I think some people mention that it helps. I use chrome for flash games :o

Yes I am. Today I was on 4,443 Medals and just wanted 1 more to hit the 4,444 medal mark. So I went back and played 5 or 6 games that I had played previously figuring I could get at least 1 medal. I got about 20 medals total from the games I played and all the medals popped up in-game, so I know I got them. But they did not show up on the game page or my userpage. I eventually played the Simple Snake Game and got the 1 medal I was after. But still I played 5 or 6 games over a 2 hour period for absolutely nothing. Very annoying.

Medals worked for me just fine. There is an error message that sometimes come up, though. it says the submission doesn't exist. I wonder if NG is having some technical problems, and if that is preventing some people from getting their medals?

I guess you mean this message. (see pic below) I also thought NG might be having some technical problems. I remember this happening a couple of times before and I did havre trouble attaining medals both other times this has happened. I'm going to assume it's affecting some users and not others.

Okay, I finally managed to get all but the last medal for this game, but in doing so I had to close down and reopen the game about 20 times. What a pain in the arse.
Yeah, I'm thinking there are a few technical problem on this site. I didn't get a medal for one of the games I just played, and the message indicator at the top of my profile tells me I have a new message when I don't.
