In about 40 minutes i have a conversation at school about the doubts i have about my current study.
I requested that conversation because i thought that, well, you can't just suddenly say 'i quit!' right?
And no one knows about this, no one knows i have these doubts. Actually, they are not even doubts, i know i want to quit. I just don't see myself becoming a social worker.
But it's really hard for me to describe why i want to quit and come up with actual reasons. On the other hand, i can't come up with reasons why i want to continue either.
I just don't know what the fuck i want with my life.

I've made an appointment with the dean. He'll tell me what i could do and stuff. What options i have and which ones are probably the best for me.

you're happy with letting the dean decide what you're going to do with your life? he's probaby just as clueless as you are.

if i were you i would put your studies on hiatus, and take a few sessions with a counsellor, talk about your problems in a calm, low-pressure environment. counsellors are trained to help you bring out your positive attributes, deans are trained to keep you in school.

He's not deciding anything. I'm just going to sift through my options with him and he'll also inform me about the financial aspect of everything (how much money i'll get back and how things will go with the money i get every month from the government to study because i can probably let that continue).
And i'm pretty sure about that i'm going to quit. I'll get a job and maybe start a new study next year. If my indecisiveness stays about what i will study, i can always go to a counselor. That isn't a bad idea anyway, because i heap everything up inside and feel as if my life is slowly going down the drain.

I am looking for a certain member of NG that went by Mr-Jazzman. I haven't been on here in forever, and I'm having trouble locating him. He was a regular here in the audio portal/forums for a while, and I can't seem to locate his profile. Was wondering if anyone knew if he left the community or something. Cause I have a question about his audio for him.

doesn't that do people's heads in? it would be alright for internet radio, but i'm not really sure how you'd "build" a set if you're changing the tempo and genre with every track.

It's something you kinda have to observe. It's definitely not a style of mixing I've ever seen any other DJ really try to make work.

There's a lot of genre and tempo changes, but I make it all flow together really well. I find weird ways to make things compatible with each other, and occasionally will have 3 or 4 decks going simultaneously as well.

Surely not as sexy as Rig's setup, but I'm pretty excited to finally have everything setup!
