It is a hard thing to do. I just generally have depression and sometimes bipolar. But after I calm down I think to my self "I have a life that most people dream of: a couple school lessons per day, a music hobby with all the basic equipment and being able to play games a couple hours every night".
Everyone has there down points in life. Mine was during middle school through 10th grade apparently. Things will get better if you put your mind to it.
