Yes..
I like the song, but the twangy guitar sound ruined it for me..
It seems too happy with that kind of bass..
But overall i did like this song

Another song that's been in my project folder for a long time. I messed with Fruity Slayer and layered some effects over it, and I really liked the sound a lot. The kick and snares took some time, but I think they wound up being worth the effort. Feedback is always appreciated.
Update: Thanks for the feedback on this one! I've gotten a lot of PMs about the different sounds within the song. I always reply to reviews and messages as quick as I can, so don't hesitate to leave one. Also, check out Triggerman at armorgames.com. It features Skyline as one of the main themes.

I realize that this response is almost 3 months late, but still wanted to say thanks for the review! I was goofing with FL Slayer when I made that sliding sound, but when I dropped it an octave, it didn't "slide" anymore. Still haven't figured that one out. Anyway, that's the main reason it stayed so high. I'm glad that this didn't affect your decision to favorite it :P

Your drums and the instrumentation toward the last 30 secs of the song are great. The way the rhythm changes with first instrument is pretty groovy too! cool track

wat it really lacks is some mastering
that awesome effect panning from ear to ear is great! its just over bearing compared to the rest of the song

Haha, thanks for the review and the 5! One of my main intentions when choosing effects was to make the song very hard-hitting, but I think I may have overdone it a bit. And yes, I'd be happy to check out your stuff :P
