If you are having trouble logging in or your username shows up as "Deleted", chances are your cookies are disabled.
Chrome
- At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings and then Cookies.
- Turn Allow sites to save and read cookie data on or off.
Firefox
- Click the Tools menu. (On a Mac, click the Firefox menu.)
- Select Options. (On a Mac, select Preferences.)
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Select the 'Accept cookies from sites' checkbox.
- Click the OK button.
Internet Explorer
- Click the Tools menu.
- Select Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click the Default button (or manually slide the bar down to 'Medium').
- Click the OK button.
Safari
- Click the Safari menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Security.
- In the 'Accept Cookies' section, select Always.
Allowing third-party cookies
Even if you already have cookies enabled, third-party cookies may need to be enabled as well. The default setting in Safari is not to allow third-party cookies, but following the steps above sets Safari to allow them.
Computer Time
Changing the date or time on your computer may affect the cookies used by this site by causing them to expire prematurely, and could potentially cause login errors.
