Depressing
The story was long, slow, and a little boring. But if you understood what that world was and what it could be it made sence. The ending i understood a tadd bit...you have read The Giver havn't you?? Well very good book like this story.

Up until the hospital scene, it was great. Sadly, that scene froze for me too. Could you possibly fix that problem?

Good animation combined with an interesting story what is not too like about this short. Keep up the good work.

even though you left us hanging in the end without a conclusion... I guess the quest for "true" freedom remains a mystery. This was a very long piece, and one thing that kept running through my head as I watched this - VOICE NARRATION! Please, please please! Get a good voice actor to narrate the story rather than forcing us to divert our attention from the animation to read paragraphs of texts. That was very annoying. But other than that, a decent tribute to stories the likes of 1984

While the plot has been done, it's not often anything on NG has any clout. Yeah. I guess you read any one of the post-modern "big brother = bad" books. Brave New World, The Giver, 1984... etc. etc. or watched any of the many movies that play off the idea. It was cute.
