Hi,
just walk over the ammo with a gun out and with enough space in reserve :) Having full reserve won't let you pick up any ammo!
whats with the things that look like a toaster when you kill an enemy? and can you use it

I think you're referring to the ammo drops! You can pick them up when you have a gun and don't have full reserve ammo
Great game, I love the killing spree aspect. what are those little brown boxes for? The ones that enemies drop are they ammo boxes? how do you pick e up?
