Not bad gives off a Hotline Miami like feel but with zombies

really impossible. even in the first level you run out of ammo no matter how well you line up your shots to take out multiple enemies per shot. and there is NO way to get more ammo. so you are completely screwed at that point.

i've tried interacting with everything including the little box looking things the enemies seem to drop.

what a STUPID oversight.

Hi, the starting silenced pistol is meant to be auxiliary, you are not meant to rely on it for your only means of defense :) You can swap to your fists to attack the enemies, and they will occasionally drop ammo

Whenever i tried to change weapons, It kept scrolling my screen, As well as being unable to pick up ammo drops.

The music was beautiful, and the whole thing really captured the Hotline Miami feel.

It's a really good game, but I hope you could make either the reload speed faster, or swapping weapons faster. I'd also like for you to cut on the melee weapons unless you're going to add more ranged weaponry, but overall, 9.9/10

Edit: you added a starter weapon but the ammo drops can't be picked up for some reason. Could you fix this?

I really like the concept, only I can't seem to ever pick up ammo, even when all my guns are empty. This was rather frustrating when I reached the first Behemoth, ran out of ammo, and had all three gun slots full, so punching was impossible and I could not kill it.

Another issue is with the fast enemies. Sometimes, they will get so close that guns cannot hit them, and then its almost impossible to get away from them, because they can move in faster than you can move back. So if you have no melee weapon, they basically get to kill you for free, and you have no way of stopping them. Perhaps move the guns hitboxes back a little, so that enemies directly on you don't get free damage?

Lastly, the fact that your movement speed reduces as your health does is extremely unhelpful, and usually leads to an unfair death because you can no longer kite enemies, which is the only viable way to play. I understand this may have been implemented for realism, but it just isn't a fun mechanic.

Hi, the ammo bug was a previous issue that's since been fixed; I forgot to push the update to NewGrounds last night. Movement speed still reduces with your health but it's to a much lesser degree now. I'm currently in the process of rewriting bullets entirely (they were fairly rushed) but hopefully this update reduces the tedium involved with fighting fast enemies. Thank you for playing! :)
