Darn it, I really wanted to like this. I was expecting Mario Kart, but instead I got Sonic Team Racing but with Worse Music. Fix the camera angle behind the racer (basically, make the camera more like Mario Kart,) replace the music with almost anything upbeat by nosoapradio, and you just might be onto something, here.

The music does not fit into the theme in general as well has few non fitting transitions.
Race music is especially notable for this.
Gameplay is ok for a start, keep polishing it.

Hard agree. Obviously, gameplay has been the primary focus in the build available as of this writing. There's no sound effects integrated yet, let alone non-placeholder music.

Anyways, the game is too raw, the map generation is bugged and sometimes can create a barrier that you can't pass without respawning or nitro-ing.
I respawned once in the air so i had to double-respawn.
The game itself is unpleasant to look and the song made me puke.
Most of mechanics are hidden in how-to-play but overall, wasd to control, x to nitro, attack cars to fuel, drive in rings to gain nitro.
the music is horrifyingly bad, completely threw me out
