It is nice challenging and fun plaformer.I liked the pixel art. Music and humor relax when you die again and again.
But it has some flaws :
- In the first room with spikes you can just run through them.
- It would be better if the player can destroy the door, even if he is standing in it.
- Don't like room with slimes because it is all about waiting.
- I think it would be better if the player does not fly over the platform after the jump in the room with the moving platform.

Thank You for this game, it was fun to play.

I'm taking notes of all those suggestion (which I agree with), this game has tons of little flaws.
I didn't notice them because I had a limited amount of testers before publishing, but I'll look forward to fix them before adding more content.

I was going to give 4 stars because I thought you can't jump with up, but it's my own fault for not realizing until I finished it that you can jump with up lol. Fun challenging platformer with very funny dialogue.

Not sure if it's a glitch, but for me I can only jump at the maximum height, so the spike level is impossible. The book says you can jump lower, how?

Edit: I did actually find out that if you tap it extremely lightly it will not do the full jump. But it is very hard to do this, perhaps make the hold longer?

Thats weird. It could be just your browser. You should be able to jump lower by releasing the key/mouse button before you reach the max height.

Edit: if I did, I should rework the jump to be very slow and with a steady vertical speed, which would look quite awkward imho, have you tried using the mouse to jump? depending on the keyboard it could be more comfortable, thanks for the five stars btw :)
