To save the ruined house:
You need to have sex with Anno then read the letter in his bedroom. Talk to the Farm guard and he will ask you to fix up the House. There are 7 repair jobs he will give you, each taking a full day to complete. After, you need to talk to Anno again, before 30 days pass. Another 3 jobs are available after that. In the next few months I will add in the rest of the repairs, with the HOPE of getting a working brothel... ahahaha (seriously, I have no idea if I can actually get that done)
I will of course also be adding in more cumshot locations (2 nights work each) and possibly sex scenes (8~12 nights work) when I have free time from school.
I've been stuck at the dog and the bear for several hours, may a kind soul tell me what to do next? The game is great but I am tripped at that point and have gone back and forth for so long, even starting a new file after reloading to see if something didn't load. Pls help.

Giving the dog the bear is not actually an important event in the game so I'm not sure why a few people have been stuck there so I'll provide some details about that 'timeframe':
-Follow the stone path and talk the the head guard in the West. He will throw you in Jail. From the jail you can talk to the Camper.
-Give the stick to the camper by the unlit fire. He will light the fire and give you a fishing rod. You can catch a fish (randomly appears in water) and trade it to the camper for a cooked fish.
-Enter the cave near the jail to get some coins. This tunnel leads Everywhere once you have Jump Boots, but right now it just leads back to your Hovel area.
-Nearly 100 Coins are hidden all around the maps. Find them and once you have 150 Coins (not 200) talk to the guard to buy the Permission Slip. Now you can have sex with Anno Yingdahg. If he refuses, you need to give the dog the bear still.
-After this you return to the farm and TALK to the farm guard instead of taking jobs. He will ask you to repair his house which leads to finding more items that open up more of the map to explore.
There are times where I got stuck, but if you keep at it theres always a way to progress, you gotta use that noodle! (not the one in your pants) I did run into a few issues from time to time though, the npc's were tired no matter how many nights passed, but reloading the game fixed it. I've also reached level 15, but can't unlock the final scenes. Overall though this was well worth the time it took to beat it, Thank you for making this, and for free no less!

If you are on Level 15 the Facial Cumshots for the Guard, Anno, and Lai should be clickable. Also the Trickster should allow pussy/anal sex. If those options are NOT unlocked, please email me with details and I will help you out.
edit: Thanks for emailing me. You were correct! There was a fatal flaw where I wasn't updating the level checking on the main map. It should be fixed now.
after giving the toy to the dog the future teller keep saying the same thing so i can't progress
