I'm on Level: 69 with XP: 2271....at the beach and beat the boss but that magical wall did not pen for me. been beating remnants there and rare ones. is there something i'm suppose to do to get it to open?

Game is looking good as always. Quick question though, does anyone know if the Magic Book things that increase Shiny encounters stack with each other? Or is just buying it once good? Also, is catching the Shiny Cosplayer even possible because I think I stripped Jessie way too many times now.
