i like your game but i dont know how the inventory is supposed to be triggered when needed. for example trying to give chubb the dollar.

I should have made incorrect items trigger a prompt of some kind.
In this version, giving Chubb the dollar isn't the correct solution.
I guess I missed the boat on this one. I've never heard of the original and found this game to be... well... nothing special.
I got through it in under 5 minutes and never saw any actual challenge, it really holds your hand all the way through.
I guess, if you are into nostalgia and are aware of this title, this might be the game for youo. For me? Not so much.
The music is just.. random and doesn't fit and is terrible to begin with?
You don't interact with your inventory directly at all?
The cursor is tiny and doesn't change form or size when you hover over an interactible. The text pops up but that is not a nice feedback mechanism for the player.
Also it's 2016 and you made the game window extremely small.
I just want to mention the music again because.. well that's what is hitting my ears right now as I write this. (browser tab muted)

I'm sorry to be harsh but this was very poor.
I think the art was fine. The various rooms looked identical which was boring and drab. But the individual art assets themselves were decent. Not great but passable.
Don´t know if it is a bug but i can not take the pencil in my inventory to place it in the sharper, any help?
