There is just upgrade all stats and use special on him as much as possible as soon as he appears on screen. And don't move away if he come close to you and collides with you.
Amazing game. I can't figure out how to kill that damn toaster. All upgrades, spamming the special (which I can only fire off two before it leaves the screen), keeping as close to it as possible, as far back as possible, nothing. Yes, it's clearly do-able as people say, but I can't pull it off.
Whatever. The game is solid and fun.

I decreased his health and fixed some issues that were occurring during the lag so that even if game works on 30 fps (60fps is default) you should still be able to kill him if you are fully upgraded.
Really enjoyable scrolling shooter. I'm in love with that sassy bear!
Good cutscenes in the game, excellently silly enemies, and graphics that are easy on the eyes. I like the upgrades (though I powered up too quick), and I think that the game is good as a whole.
I do think that there is no emphasis on a need to fight; you can simply move out of the way of most enemies rather than blasting them. A shooter needs to force the player to beat the opponents or else it loses its intensity.
That was my fave for times, sadly can not start.
