the game isnt loading i will rate it if u fix it i waited for 20 minutes

That must be a problem on your end. Is the game actually displaying or are you just getting nothing?
i wish i can play :[ it says its blocked

It should be able to run in Newgrounds' Flash emulator. If the content is actually blocked for you, it's likely due to an external source, not me or Newgrounds.
