Just played through, at first I didn't understand the locker bit but after thinking it through carefully I eventually got it. That twist ending was surprising, did not expect it at all (well, kinda expected something due to the medal's name kinda giving it away)
It's a decent game. I encountered a bug where Pico disappeared entirely while walking to the next screen (happened on the screen with the bathrooms). It's also not explained well how the locker combination works but I got it to work by pressing "s" on each of the numbers (scroll to the first number, press "s", scroll to second number press "s", do the same for the third). Overall it's a fun game and I look forward to the sequel.
