Oh, you definitely win!!!
Here's a hint for everyone that can't find the final Twitter Medal: Just reload the game and you'll see on the first screen on the lower left a Heart+ symbol and the Twitter Bird. Click on the Twitter icon and follow and then when you begin the game again you'll notice you now finally have all the awards.

Were all the medals unlocked in the game? If something happens to the save file you may have alll the medals on Newgroudns, but still not in the game.
