At first i didnt understand why this game has 4 full stars. The only problem was at begin that the sprites had to much design compared to the enviroment. And then this end... Building up a metroidvania game and ending this when it's getting really good for a joke? Man...

This was an excellently executed metroidvania, there were some aspects that I'd like to see in some later (hopefully commercial and long?) metroidvanias, such as your heath growing as you collect coins, and reliance on enemies for the abilities (Which adds a layer of strategy to the game),
