Loved it. This type of game has been done before, but you've clearly looked at them and borrowed the best elements from the lot of them. The controls were super smooth, upgrades made sense, and the bosses had great patterns and increased in difficulty in a sensible manner.

My suggestions: First, add medals; there's no reason not to with this sort of game. Second, carry that comic book theme throughout the game. Give each boss a cool page and a name of some kind before each fight (That can be skipped after the first time you see them.).

It's a fun shooter. While getting the upgrades does help you, in the end it's still based on skill and the ability to pay attention to what's happening around the character, just like shooters should be. It can get tedious after you've been playing for a while.

If I had a nickel for every childhood flash game series I played that are shortened to EBF, I would have two nickels which isn't a lot but its weird it happened twice.

And... TIME! Beat the game in just under 46 minutes. Its actually quite fun despite its repetitive gameplay. I never found out what the "shield" did I assume it was for the droids, which I found out toward the end I could buy up to three and raped the final boss with them (since the droids block most attacks)

But yeah nothing other than maxing out everything to beat the bosses. I do cringe at the fact of how many times I would have actually had to press a "shoot" button in 24 attempts, thankfully it was automatic :D

Great game addictive and fun, good musc and easy to play. Excelent to kill sometime.
