Interesting story. Tight controls, a few times didn't jump when I pressed the up arrow, that's probably my computer rather than a flaw in the game.
A few criticisms. The lasers had hit boxes bigger than the graphic or sometimes just killed me at random when I was 5 pixels away. Some of the smaller platforms with lasers were a pain. Guy needs to move with the moving platform,
Back on the lasers, if the whole base is death, then the beam should be the whole width. Sometimes I would be 7-8 pixels away, the beam would be on, I'd think I was safe, then the laser would turn OFF and i would die. WTF?

Ending felt a bit flat, story was gripping and would have had more impact if the ending had more punch. You would have had 5 stars if it wasn't for those frickin lasers.

I will admit this game made me think it tugged at my emotions in the right order. I assumed he had murdered his girlfriend like the story led me to believe. I felt it was wrong for him to murder her but I also felt he was slightly justified but then the last moments of the game I felt horror. It threw me for a spin for which I was revalutating how I saw the game. Now unto the actual game play it self. I found the style in which the story was presented to be interesting. The actual game play it self left me a bit frustrated at times. This could be solved as for adding a few more save points. I say this because your trying to tell a story not present a fun game to play every now and then. When you constantly die and have to run through a bunch of obstacles again it detracts from the story. Besides that I thought it was presented in a nice manner and provided a nice twist ending.

... wow... i believe the difficulty represents the difficulty of going trough and reaching all emotional stages... quite accurately. p.s.: i lost my father quite early in my live so i can tell.

I love this so far, I'm doing a letsplay if you'd like to see it on youtube (same name).
The ambient music really gets you into the game and I understand the way the character is feeling.
I'm not even sure what to suggest that would make this better other than maybe having the music get more intense or change over time. like for anger being more harsh than denial. The shifting of the character was a nice design as well.
