Reviews for "Loot Hero"

Nice game, but the controls are just bad. When you hold mouse button and the hero hits an enemy, the hero bounces back, moving away from the mouse and therefore accelerating. That makes it pretty much impossible to retreat at higher speeds unless you manage to release the mouse button in time(which, with faster speeds, is hard). Either make the location of the hero static relative to the screen or make the movement speed depend on the location of the mouse relative to the screen instead of to the hero.

Hmm making the movement speed dependent on the location of the mouse relative to the screen could be a good idea!

Game killing glitch after reaching level 45
With all other stats maxed (4 medalsx9levels at least) once I reached speed medal 3 the camera moved too fast for the rate of my character/knockback rate. The result was that monsters spawned on top of me while I ran and i couldn't see my health bar. The "battle" knockback also made walking slowly impossible. Raising the attack stat helped a bit but I didn't have the patience to earn playable gameplay. Having to decide whether to give up or replay the game made me realize that I just wasted around an hour of my life on what ended up being a frustration.
However, I don't feel that the repetitive gameplay made it redundant.

IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO PLAY THIS GAME DON'T UPGRADE SPEED!

A nice concept but not enough challenging game play. Keep working on it!

VaragtP responds:

Doing it :p

It is way to simple and easy to be a viable game, you walk to the right until you almost die than you walk to the left until you feel confident to go right again, there is no challenge, just a waste of time

..........You just hold down the damn mouse button. I worry for the people that find this entertaining for more than five minutes. If combat was dealt with differently, like something simple as one button to attack and another to block it'd be a whole lot more enjoyable. Honestly I think you just put in the shops so we wouldn't just tape the mouse button down.
