To me, this episode was all setup. Is that a bad thing? Hell no. This was well-done setup, getting through the obligatory tournament rounds that lead up the good stuff we all know is coming. In addition to that, while a couple voice actors don't seem to be doing their best, (I just can't get into Zetto) the majority of voicework and direction is as strong as ever. Kirbopher's character has me genuinely concerned, and I hope he turns around and gets out of the funk he's suddenly found himself in. Good humor as well, although I thought it felt a bit too drawn-out in Nylocke and GC's first match. Overall, very good stuff, and I can't wait to see what it's all leading to!
