No this is pretty dumb. You just have to walk one side all the time and stop from time to time.
No walking animation for slenderman, just him "sliding towards you" your guy is in a spooky place, lost, in the dark, and he keeps a smile on his face when he looks at slenderman, that's not realistic even for a 2D. the whole stamina thing where even if you walk you lose stamina, no help guide, no run button. Blam this piece of crap

this game laggy and when I get to an invisible wall he comes behind me and then im stuck

Flash games that "won't start" are because Flash Player no longer exists, and an alternative ihas to be used in the meantime. If you're trying to play using the Ruffle Flash Emulator, realize that Ruffle is a work in progress and wont work with some games.
Have you tried the Newgrounds Player? It's an offshoot of the official Flash Player so you can play games like this - though in my experience it also fails to work in some cases.
