Remember the human skeleton and it's setup. Wolverine has adamantium coating the bones, but not so much the joints and spaces in between. If he did, he wouldn't be able to move. So what Hulk did in this video is still possible.
This is the rake effect personified: it was funny, hysterical, then boring, then gruesome, then disgusting, then funny again.
