Reviews for "Legend of Pandora"

hey, i just played your game
and this is crazy
but there are some problems
so fix them, maybe?

but seriously, i found a bug where the guy did not stop walking if i pressed the arrow buttons too long. i ran into monsters and into water. glad i did not die.

the second problem is that not all skills will help. like the student-skill. and i got more gold with luck than with money collector.

why do i have to put some skill points into pushing if i read/got the book? i learned something by reading a book but i can not use the new knowledge because i have to add skill points to be able to use it. now combine that with the real world!

also, a skill that increases critical hits of all my attacks would be as helpful as an increase in everything what the skills/stats do everytime i level them up by one point.

also, you would have got five stars if the game window was not so big. i ran into monsters because ti had to scroll up and down and up and down and up and down...

Very nice game, I enjoyed playing this piece of art(!), but a few things annoyed me in the game:

First, the loading screen gives a wrong impression of the game, cos' there's no viking boy in the game at all, wich was a bit confusing. Maybe you could do a sprite animation as a loading screen in the next game, with sprite buttons and a sprite title and sprite other things.

Second, you need to focus more on cutscenes and other stuffthat makes a storyline. Human eye soup is a lame joke and a lame quest objective, as is the newspaper. In this types of games, there needs to be some character development, some type of discovering a bigger plan to destroy the world, and (last but the best) a beginning movie to introduce the character, his objective, and what holds him from completing it.

Third, poison (I'm not explaining that cos' everybody else already did)

Fourth, in the labyrinth, I have no idea what to do, so that's annoying)

Fifth, the weapons (I'm not explaining that too)

Sixth, this is a great game with more potential!
(Abrupt ending)

Great game, I would give more feedback and details but others have said it all already :).

However, one thing that really bugs me is that I aquired the pushing manual, and can't seem to use it, not learning the skill to push rocks (or anything at all). I've tried double-clicking when trying to push a rock, I've been to the NPC's that mentioned something about it, but to no avail. PLEASE put this in the description or something!!

its a great game. but im stuck at the mosalium part, i seem to need a key(s) to get trough to the (hopefully) stone push part. but i just dont seem to find it.

I loved this game. I really only have 3 complaints.

1: If you do not move straight away from a zone line, like i hold up+left while zoning left, it will immediately zone you back the way you came.

2: Projectiles, I ran into quite a few times when a projectile hits a wall, and while the sprite disappears, the projectile continues and can hit me. Not to big a deal in lower levels, but it can become an issue.

3: Assisting mobs, you know, the ones that all become aggressive if you hit one. Not sure if this is supposed to work across all assisting mobs, but I hit a blue slime, and orange crabs start chasing me. If this is as intended, feel free to ignore. Mostly only a problem in conjunction with (2). I hit a spider and glitching bandit arrows start dealing damage and moving me around.

But this is still a great game. While I can tell the game is inspired by LoZ games, the sprites are different enough that I don't feel you ripped them. I will admit I feel enemies jump up in HP rather suddenly (25 or less enemies to like 200 for zombies when you go into the graveyard for example, but I was always a bit ahead on the damage curve so this wasn't really a problem.
