Overall, this game is simple. A simple story, simple gameplay, and simple music. Whether thats good or bad is up to the individual, but overall, I thought this game was quite nice. Nothing groundbreaking, just amarine that wants to hug people. Although I still grade kinda harsh, so I give it a 3.5

That's cool! If I was getting a solid five stars for my first game I'd be a little puzzled. I'm glad you thought it was quite nice, though. :).
It is cute, but really, really too slow and easy. It wasn't challenging at all. Besides, a big minus for no quality reducing option.

Sorry about the quality thing - made in Stencyl, total newb, so I didn't think of or know how to do it. I'll try and keep that in mind for the next game, or see if I can patch it into this one.
It's fun, and challenging, and unique in the hugging way :p
But it could use checkpoints on some of the harder levels. Even if it's a one-time use checkpoint or something
It would also be better if we could push the Up button to jump
finally, it's kind of annoying when the audio restarts every time you die.
But other than that, I like it.
cute little platformer, i love the premise - though i wish there was an actual mechanic to the hugging. since the challenge is pretty low, and the platforming already exploratory, you could have totally hidden alien bros to hug all around, yknow? but whatever, first game. that said, designing environments seems like your strong suit - i loved the beach ruins level and would have loved to see more of the sunken ship. you're obviously clever and it'll be awesome to see what else you'll put out.
This was a really great game! Fun, humerous, and a bit eerie...and i loved the music! honestly, the game was good, but the music made it better. exellent first game, you are definitly not a noob aha keep it up! only pro lem was it was a bit repetitive but i still lovd it!
