Ok I don't know if anyone pointed this out but when I got to the dragon creature, the character usualy falls to the ground and gets up ut when the character fell to the ground he fell threw the floor as well and to I think looked to be like the boss fight of the whole game but I couldn't do anything since he went threw the ground there as well, even though I was in that scene the dragon creature was still roaring and the music as well so if you can fix that

has been noticed before and been noted in our "to fix" list... sorry for that.. we weren't aware of this bug when we posted...

the only fix for now is to sloooowly walk towards the lift by tapping the right key.. not running :P that should do it until we get a proper fix.

it is really good considering the time limit thing

great game because:
1. graphics and sound ensure atmoshpere is suitable
2. original idea(as far as i know)
3. not too flashy and in your face as some other thriller/horror games

i have but one problem

THE GUY IS TOO DAMN SLOW!!!!!!!!! * angry face*
it was so unbeleivably irritating that he moved so slowly
getting up is fine but the rest of his/her movement was, as said before, too damn slow.

Ok game jam entry

I was going to be more negative, but then I saw that you made it in 96 hours so well done. As for the game, kind of a LIMBO/Unfair platformer hybrid. Lots of trial and error gameplay and vaugely spooky atmosphere created by black and white visuals and a whisperry soundtrack. The thing I felt let the game down was the "Sound not sight" idea which seemed pretty cool was just a generic anti trap shockwave. Something a bit more intergrated to the plot would have been good, like a button to close your eyes which turns the screen completely black for a second, or some traps being identifiably fake because they make no sound would have delivered better on the premise in my opinion.

On the plus side, it kept me entertained since I played it to the end. I also enjoyed the harmless monster passes. These made me use up my shockwaves so I had to go back for more, and then I was on my toes for more fake traps.

All in all, a good effort based on the time you had to work with and a little more polish could really improve it.

and i would describe the game as Limbo meets Dark Souls :)) trial and error indeed

about that blinking idea.. i really like how it sounds but i have no idea how it would help the gameplay or how it would actually work :\

the game could've been wayyy better with things like (as you said) fake traps and other gameplay elements.. but you gotta know what you do when you have 96 hours.. cause you can't go with LOTS of content... the quality would be just TERRIBLE...

also.. glad you liked the game overall.. hope it scared you .. at least a bit =)

What a boring game

Now before you start flaming me, i understand that some people may like this play style but me? I would have to disagree the guy below has allready summed up all problems with this so i won't have to say much, but what i will say is maybe if you make another game like this try and make it more interesting maybe by adding a story or something.

so to conclude, I find this game to be a piece of Crap
