Reviews for "Effing Machines"

not special

i recommend sticking to the effing worms game because it had more sense

upgrades

it's a pretty straightforward game, and not exactly exciting.

you only have to move around in the first couple levels; after a while you just the cart collect everything while you aim your mouse at the opening and do other things :<

at around 10,000 pts i couldn't be bothered to continue grinding levels to max upgrades and i just died so i could stop playing, haha

but perhaps make the levels after you "win" more exciting so this game has more reply value to it? throw in bosses / other heavy units, perhaps, instead of reusing the usual grunts until you get bored / eventually die?

"Eff the Effing Machines"

I jhave to say its pretty mediocre... and I mean that it didn't gave all that it could give.
Its an awesome game, old-style with no real story line just take action! but there could have been more equipment, and Better more stages and levels!!!

The upgrades are pretty good but when you reach the 4th ( I believe, didn't count them) upgrade of the cannons you are more likely to win with no problem and it stops being so much of a challenge!

I really look forward to a sequel with more, and Much more... pretty awesome keep it up!

Fun Game with Below Par Music

This is a nice and simple game that you can just sit down and play without too much thought. I only wish there were more upgrades, and maybe some abilities that could be added to your mech.
Also, I must say that the song you chose for this game is terrible. It's a barrage of screeching guitars, typical metal/ hc riffs, all wrapped together in a poorly recorded infinite loop which stings the ear drums.
The soundtrack/ sound fx used for a video game can make or break it, so luckily you have a mute button, but then again the fx go away with the music.
Please don't take this review harshly but constructively. It's a well put together game, and I hate to see talent squandered due to a simple issue like song selection.

definitely a great game but i find the wave 15 boss to be kind of annoying because you have to shoot the laser saws back at it and they take lots of shots to do so. also if you reach the last wave (wave 20) GOOD FREAKEN LUCK BRO! that kamikaze boss is literally a death wish if it explodes.
