The name of the game this is ripping off is Motherload for anyone who wants to know. Its better than this to boot.

XGen Studios, the creators of the original game, are an indy flash games studio, they've single-handedly created the TD genre with Defend Your Castle in the early 2000's.
Motherload is one of their best games, and to say Mega Miner imitates it is like saying Justin Bieber imitates Michael Jackson.
Basically, Mega Miner took Motherload, took a shit on the graphics, removed half of the game's features (including music, boss fights, items...), fucked up the controls and removed any sense of achievement you could get from that game. The game switched from an awesome adventure game with a storyline to a shitty, repeatitive grind that's nigh endless.
It's an alright game. I don't like the fact that the ship burns through fuel when your not even doing anything and just going through the tunnels that you make though.
