Needs some work, but not bad.

The game plays fairly well, and I figured out how to do virtually everything without any help (have no idea how to do the hex codes, so I just jumped through the lasers to get everything but the gold pile behind bars), but there are a few problems. The radar needs a little more distance to be useful. I generally get shot before the red blip ever shows up, regardless of speed. Jumping isn't easy to get right (probably the reasoning behind the persistent medal), and you can't shoot while crawling. I tried doing so to get some kind of protection from being a smaller target and got killed quickly.

The fact that so many people struggled with how some of the logic worked in the game is funny. It's pretty obvious what the code is on the keypad after using the donuts if you think about it. Who stops in the middle of a code to eat something? You also got some really good distance with the gun if you lined up your shots when enemies just get into view, though there's apparantly no way to enter most rooms without alerting everyone inside.

Anyways, I'm also posting because I beat your score fair and square. I can't see how Fooliolo's score couldn't be fake, unless that gold pile is just an outrageous boost.

Pikanjo responds:

Thanks for your suggestions, I'll be including some of them in a newer version. The final score is penalized by deaths and alarms, so it is actually possible to score much higher than anyone has so far.

Solid foundation...

While the idea of a 3D infiltration game was brilliant, I think the overall execution wasn't. The foundation is solid, but I'm left with the feeling that this was only half baked.

First of all, the controls.
The default controls weren't too hard to get used to and the rearranging option probably came in useful for some users (but I was too lazy to go about reconfiguring everything).
In the beginning, I wasn't sure where I was supposed to go. Everywhere I walked, I was walking in the same spot because of this invisible barrier...until I jumped over this fence thing. Perhaps having an objective marker on the map would guide the players?
As for the start of the game, I felt like there should have been an indicator on how to use items. I was wandering around trying to figure out how to get fingerprints or use the key card (when it was just the inventory button).
Also, I couldn't get very far in the game but what was the use of the crawl option? I tried to sneak past enemies (which I should mention, I could not see the majority of them before they came running towards me) but they always saw me. Maybe it was to crawl into vents or whatever later on? I don't know.
Aiming was pretty hard...although I just had to face the enemy, even the slightest deviation had me readjusting my aim. Thank goodness they didn't respawn after dying heh.
Lockpicking was hard. I do know that the little bars have to be alligned so that the cylinder part isn't blocked by them from turning but I wasn't quite sure on how to get them to stay. The wrench wasn't holding them in place. Maybe a little hint on how to go about doing it would benefit the players.

The game has potential, but it needs a lot more work and polishing. Nevertheless, I was quite surprised to see how smoothly it ran.

Good but needs work

Nice attempt at a 3D game. The only thing that bugs the crap out of me are the controls. Like someone already stated using the mouse would really help with navigation and other things. Otherwise its a good game so far. (I've only made it to the front gate, controls are F'n me up)

Nice game dude

I enjoyed the game! it has no visible flaws in graphics or gameplay whatsoever, the only two things that bug me are a bit trivial: The way the game presents Russian stereotypes (I'm Russian) is a bit over the top the fact that half the games main menu backround is coloured in several shades of red complete with red stars and the Kremlin and a scantily dressed Rusian spy straight out of a James Bond movie, the other thing is what's up with all the evil Russian mob bosses? it kind of seems a bit cliche to make every russian enemy seem like either the maniacal unrealistically cunning criminal organization mastermind or some Silver age of comic books knockoff super villain created by a secret soviet organization to take over the world. (please don't missunderstand i really enjoyed the game and all and i hope i don't sound like some raging butthurt fanboy).

Seriously What the Fuck

When i started watching this i was expecting somthing interesting somthing that would be worth it somthing that would be Decent but all i see was somthing was barely any of that im not trying to say it was bad but whats with the Controls and How exactly can you deal with these uncomfortable controls it was a good idea to be able to change the controls but why would you start off with the controls in the first place i guess everybody cant be suited to this. The Story was mesely interesting a bit Comboluted at Times but it got better. The 2D and 3D Effects mixed in with together seemed to be nothing i had saw before the background seemed a bit stale and everything looked flat i mean everything for christ sakes but i shouldnt rush into conclusions overall it was decent interesting character art ill just give you 6/10
