I'm truly pumped for a sequel
Some constructive critism. A lot of what madness has to offer is the survival due to keen reaction times, knowledge, and situational aweness. What you made is a superman who could walk around avoiding nothing and win... I find that depressing. However that doesn't mean I don't think this movie is the shiznit!

but what would happen if there were to be another superman? or rather, lots of subjects similar to him. this just makes him kick grunt ass with style

I must say, I enjoyed watching this. I love how you portrayed his ability to teleport, and not only that, the fact that the main character seems to be going insane from his powers. Always enjoyable watching that.
My only problem with this is that when he killed his first group of enemies, I felt that he should've snapped the first guy's neck instead of ripping his head off. But that's just my opinion.
Can't wait to see the next one. I'll be sure to look out for it.

and yes, he is a bit insane, and that is going to be coming back to haunt him
