This is...interesting, to simply put.
I like the medium used to create this work, although from your description, the process sounds rather complicated and dreary.
For some reason, the ambiguity in the story was good. It left the story to the viewer's interpretation. This is one of the rare movies on Newgrounds that makes me think after watching it.

but as others have said, rather vauge XD i think i actually enjoyed the title screen more then the movie itself o_o very beautiful title screen XD i tried searching for the music but I cant find this cut version you used with only the chanting : ( anywhere I could find it...?

Im not sure what the story was intended to be, but what i got was that she was faced with judgment day in the begining, but when confronted with her sin she felt ashamed, and couldnt take responsibility for them, so He sent her to a form of Limbo? to choose either her own ways or Him. And she kept walking farther and farther away from Him until finaly at the end she was faced with a spirit of what she once was, and was tempted with it, at this point i feel like she might have given into the temptation and started a decent to.. Hell? But finaly repented and was given another chance to make it right. I feel like she ran at the end because she felt unworthy to return to Heaven even though she had taken responsibilty for what she had done, and was scared to face Him again..
Anyway, AMAZING video whether im anywhere close to right or not, the art was phenomenal, and you should be very proud :)
