I watched this a while ago on Tarboy.com Glad to see it recognized..sad I almost forgot all about it! Its beautifully done and I still love it! Glad it got on the fp and reminded me all about it :)

Absolutely gorgeous artwork. The effects you'd achieved with morphing look good enough to claim as Blender effects. You can probably do effects like that with Blender alone if you'd want to (once you learn how, it's a fairly handy program to know, but you probably know that already). I love it! :-)
Though responding to some other comments I'd seen... I thought first off that it was a female. Interesting, the notion that it could be male didn't even occur to me.
The events looked to me like a cycle - in "Heaven" (or whatever you'd want to consider the ship), one was given a chance to accept the gift, but refused it. So they were cast down. On the ground, they didn't have a very clear memory of Heaven, but had some sensations left over from the fall. They walked. They wearied. They faded away, and saw the spirit at the end of their journey that reminded them of why they had been cast down to begin with. As the journey ended, they realized they were about to go there again, and it terrified them. Once there, one would assume, they would be given another chance to accept or reject the gift.
I hope I'm at least close, but even so, there's something to be said for "subjective interpretability". ;-)
Thanks again so much for making such a beautiful piece. Hated the process though you did, I hope you can sense enough appreciation from people to be at least somewhat glad to have done it. :-)
