fun game

its a cool game to play aside from the laggings and some annoying bosses

Well..

Its fun, I lag.. & idk whats witht he boss thing theres like 3 bosses, red demon throwing rocks no clue how to beat him, but I know how to catch the rocks... theres the rat grab bombs lob them back at him or if your not laggy its a sorce of inf money, thirdly no freaking clue what it is, but it kills the dragon in like 5 seconds.. ??? idk if its because of lag but holy crap it has to get deleted...

Funny

I don't know why people are saying that, but my game didn't lag at all, and my computer's from 2009!

Anyway, I think I found a bug in the game: I pressed quit game by mishap, so then I click the start button again, and it showed me the round end menu, so I clicked shop. When I was done buying stuff, I pressed next wave. then the bugged happened: after clicking next wave, there was an effect in the shop, as if I toggle the graphics from high to low then to high again in a second, but didn't show me the battlefield! And yet the battle was still going on as I could hear the Papa Dragon cry: "Help me!" and heard sounds of enemies attacking! I panicked and clicked the return button, but all that did was do the effect of the graphics again!

Well except that, that game is pretty much awesome. there are minor problems, however, like the instructions weren't clear and the shop is very not clear!

thats it for my review!

Good concept but flawed

I have to say, I really enjoy the graphics and the voice actor you got to do the papa dragon. A very funny and entertaining game, I like the concept a LOT but I also have some complaints.

The game lags a LOT. I don't have the best computer ever, but most games don't lag this badly. It seems to be because of how massive the playing field is, and for the size of the screen, this is totally unnecessary. I couldn't even figure out how to scroll through the land until I read the creator's comments (the instructions in the game were unclear and uninformative because I didn't even know what kind of gameplay it was before I knew what all the buttons did...), and if I even did scroll through the land, I'm sure it would just lag me out and I'd lose faster than just waiting for the archers to come into range.

I feel like I have no control over my units (I.E. The archer, warrior, wall, etc.) I placed them thinking they were in a strategic space, but once I played they barely did anything in combat, usually just soaking up useless damage that wouldn't have been inflicted on my papa dragon in the first place (because I kill them so fast). So then I decided, oh well, with my next archer I'll place him better. You may only have one archer......

I also feel like the shop is a little hard to navigate. It displays the upgrades fine, but it doesn't tell you which upgrade you already have, and allows you to purchase lower level upgrades without telling you if it actually adds to your damage or what. It is just really confusing.

Also, I got quite a few levels in, then suddenly the game stopped working... Buttons wouldn't read my clicks and it would lag out hard and my papa dragon would die instantly whenever I started a level. Then when I returned today to continue (because I actually think this game is funny and enjoyable to play despite its flaws) my save was gone :( I don't know if that has anything to do with a bug in the game or what, but that was a problem for me anyhow.

Anyway, I look forward to seeing a tighter second version, and I really recommend implimenting the entire battlefield into one screen!

I hope this review has been helpful and not a boner kill :D
