Reviews for "Closed In Addendum"

8/10

Took about 5 minuites to complete but overall good game.

It's OK, but ...

I was a bit confused as to what was going on. It was like starting a new book from the middle.

Also, the girl moved too slow and I found that annoying.

But good work.

...

touching...but...not compelling

Odd, yet interesting

The symbolism and meaning (as described in the author comments) was kind of hard for me to see in the game; plus I haven't play "Closed In", so my comments might be out of context. It's very unique and interesting. I like the mixture of graphics ranging from highly pixelated and detailed, although there are some areas (such as the building with the satellites) where I didn't understand why they looked the way they did. The minimalist colors worked well too, since this isn't a game that calls for many colors.

The music was great, fitting for the eery and sort of tragic theme. The quotes and endings were good, although minimalist.

Normally I don't nitpick too much or let that get in the way of overall ratings, but it applies here. There is very little replay value once you see the two endings. The game is still enjoyable, but it's not one that will be replayed often. Also, the walking is slow and what's worse, the walking and moving in general in the cutscences were just as slow.

It's interesting since I chose to follow the falling man instantly, without thinking about the consequences. Wonder what that says about my own fears and views on love and trust?

hay man, kewl game

short and sweet, just the way i like it :-)
