another battle chess clone
I was SO looking forward to seeing some animation of the pawn walking into a cosmetic surgeon's office to have a sex-change operation when he became a queen, but alas, there was no animation for this, which had the greatest comedic potential. Aside from that, the AI isn't very good. You know that if I can beat it so easily. It would be better if it was more like archon, which anyone much under 30 probably doesn't remember because it's an OLD school game, where taking a piece put you in a battle that you could actually lose. And it needs to be hard core badass. With power-ups and crap. Also, it doesn't appear that it lets you replay the executions you have unlocked, it just shows a checkmark next to them. You really ought to put in a replay feature. Not that any of them are exciting enough, as is, for anyone to WANT to see a replay. Maybe you can see them all when you unlock them all, or something. I haven't exactly unlocked them all. Kings taking all sorts of pieces and rooks taking all sorts of pieces isn't downright common, actually.
Pretty good theme music at the menu though.

I play chess often, and love the funny, yet at the same time, epic twist you've added.. my fav animation is when my king loses, I always laugh when i see it. Much respect! And it was great sponsoring your work.

Great, but short lasting
very entertaining way to to play a classic game, the animations where very funny and well made. allthough after one play through the animimations become boring and repeitive
