Very cool!
What a great action scene! liked the perspective when miles was breaking through the window, quite creative. The animation was fantastic as well, it flowed very nicly and looked clear and crisp with detail. The main improvement it needs is the voice-acting tho, it sounds kinda corny and not a lot of emotion put into it :/
Overall: 9/10 hope to see a sequel to this!
Not bad at all
Now I did love this just two things man,
1. it was a bit short for my taste just one man i know but i like a good 5-10 minute vid.
2. Once have gotten to that acceptable degree lol come back to this one and up date the color and the way everything looked.
P.S. Though it was short still better then a lotta crud you see on here any way and also you've got some talent for story telling and that means what exactly...... POTENTIAL.
Room for improvement
First of all, good job. The animation was impressive and the main character is intriguing.
Now, some constructive criticism:
The different plot elements all felt inspired from other stories, which had been mashed together to make a storyline that was hard to follow. I was unsure why Miles was trying to defeat the robots who were hunting the monsters. I expect it would be explained in a longer version of the story, but for me watching this, Miles was some dumb kid trying to be a vigilante for no reason. I found Solar City to be very dark and, well, not very 'solar'. Unless you were going for this, then I would suggest either changing the name or the weather :)
Wasn't sure how it was raining inside, anyway.
There are a couple other things that I could mention, but I won't, as they only improve with time and experience.
I thought the music-muscle functions idea is interesting and I would like to see it develop. The pause and play on his glasses was a clever idea, and I want his blue shoes :D
Hope to see a more 'tidy' upgrade to this sometime in the future. Till then, good luck!

The name "solar city" is supposed to be ironic in that it's never sunny in the city, ever. Perpetual darkness due to the giant solar plate at the top that uses solar power from the sun outside. Also, the rain inside is supposed to be irrigation, since it's the easiest way to clean the city.
Miles certainly is acting on his own morality, which is probably going to help people now, but make them suffer later on. But still, this isn't totally decided. Thanks for the awesome comment!
