Great game,a little short but fun!
The first secret medal is in real man mode,when you done with Pico's round click on his arm,Darnell click on his eye,and Nene click the giant eye in her stomach!Hope this helped! :D

to get true man, you have to click a secret part of each character after you done the level, such as when picos arm falls of. the other guys hair goes muscly and nene's head goes off (click her biggest eye on her body)

Just kidding. The game is pretty good despite it's short list of activites. I've yet to get the True Man Medal if only because my fingers suck.
Ah well. One day...one day...
You should try to fo another one of these with more games.
