This compared to your last animation its a good step up. If you'd even like to create a series and can't come up with any ideas I'd be happy to collaborate with you to make something awesome and pokemon themed for Newgrounds.
But all and all it was a good animations and I enjoyed it.

first scyther is a flying pokemon so he could have learn it before evolving and second i think it was a wild pokemon battle and the trainer just took advantage of scissor being weak, but what i can't understand is why scissor knew fly if it's an HM and can't be learn by leveling up and why was there a wild scissor if scissor only can be evolved trough cable link.
but besides of that it's a great animation
