Pretty good.
I always like a good sprite movie, mainly because the characters are bound to be well-drawn and animated...
Anyway, this one was pretty good, although I have a few suggestions for your next one:
-Lower the sound, it's way too loud.
-Zoom it out a bit
-Put in more character animations, and make them move around more
-3 vs 3 battles maybe?
Had a few flaws here and there
I liked the animation and I'm still looking for more positive Pokemon flashes on Newrounds (I've only seen two others), yet I feel that this could have been slightly improved. First off, this was probably my computer's fault, but the whole flash kept on lagging. Second, Scizor isn't a Flying-type, and I don't think that it can learn Fly. Thirdly, I don't know what that trainer was thinking of when he used Sandstorm, seeing as how Scizor is a Steel-type. Fourthly, the fact that most of the scenes were zoomed-in on the top half of the Pokemon, I can't help but believe that the sprites were unfinished, which would not be surprising considering the games don't give you much to work with.
