Reviews for "Scizor v.s Tyranitar"

Wow!

Colour me very impressed. It's nice to see a sprite animation that does more than just mimic the game.

Very creative use of the sprites, and I loved how the attacks worked (and that you could see the fight from multiple angles). It never even crossed my mind that sprites could be used this way, let alone look and feel so EPIC! Excellent work.

Gotta say that I wasn't a huge fan of the trainer screaming at the end, but that's probably just me. Cheers.

awsomeness in a flash

dood, srly if pokemon games were like this T_T
the action is what makes pokemon games slightly boring especially cause they battles feel kinda slow. this would be just great though, if only some guy with good animation skills could make a game like this :P
Problem nintendo probably wont do this cause its too big of a change and not friendly for very young people but still.... sucks ¬¬
hope someday someone makes something like this :P would be rly cool

oh yea, gave 9/10 cause the ending humor was way too deja vu, and not funny...

dear alchilnose

first off, syther and sizor cant learn fly, second, in the most recent games, u can find wild steelix. but besides that, it was a good flash. really funny ending too

Great!

'Tyranitar used pist'
That was epic. XD

Great pixellation

Despite being from a video game, I seldom see pokemon being used so well in sprites. The coolest thing is probably at the end with the funny sound clip and of course the trainer getting blasted. Scizor and Tyranitar are really good fighters, but I know little about their powers, so it was great to see a demonstration. Some of the best animated parts were how the ground split up when Tyranitar used Roar. While it was short, it has a good amount of fighting. I also like the camera angles like the one on the smaller scale at the beginning.
