Reviews for "Ghost Guidance"

needs a quality control button

it needs one

Original and enjoyable.

I loved this game. The "infection" game play was really fun and unique, and the art was wonderful. I liked the small trails behind the crafts, it gave a great sense of speed. The bosses were fine.
I had a few problems with the game, because sometimes my controls would get stuck in one direction, which was dangerous. Other then that, the only real problem was the length.
I would like to see a sequel. Maybe the crystals get mined out a long time later, when weapons have improved. I would like to see better aiming, more weapons and ships, ships with multiple weapons(not too many). It could be as simple as a "change direction" button, just a 2 buttons to aim partly upwards or downwards, and one to go straight, and a change weapon button. Hope to see more.

Nice!

I do suggest adding a mute button for sounds and being able to pause in the middle of the game.

interesting idea!!!

very good game with an excellent concept and art style, the story was simple but very appropriate but the ending should have been more open for the sequel (you are planning on doing a sequel dont you?)
but there is room for improvement in the game-play area...how? well at time it was a little frustrating that ships only have one weapon, also I found myself infecting the green bus that fires the rockets but the rockets mostly hit nothing if that I think they actually try to avoid hitting stuff, though there are fairly efficient at targeting the player...

it would be great if you would develop this idea a lot more the whole game feels that there is a lot untapped potential.

some ideas :

more cooler ships with more weapons

a ship with mouse controlled turret would be cool.

also the game area doesnt have to be limited to the actual screen size right? allow the player to go further up and down.

ground units like tanks or maybe some robots a la cybernator or metal warriors (very old SNES games)

needs pause

great game. needs pause but not to a point to worry about it from the shortness of levels. on the last boss i killed him 1st try or at least i think he was last then i crash the ship said i was errored guessing its the game over screen then it shows me stage complete very odd seems to happen to me in alot of games too(would've been a 9 with pause but i didn't need it plus levels were short so...pause wouldn't be worth more than 1 point)
