This could evolve to be something realy cool
By itself, this movie was just okay, as you really have no idea of whats happening and who these people are. But I hope that you can build on it and create something truly awesome. Besides that my only real complaint was how pixelated the whole thing was. And about the Seal Script in the menus, was that a font or was that drawn?
Jumbled.
The whole thing seemed kind of off. It looked like it had been taped because that's how bad the graphics were, and most of it reminds me of Naruto. The character at the end that killed the trap guy seemed like a combo of Sasuke and Grimmjow, and the Fallen 13 reminds me of Inuyasha. The real thing that bothered me was the way that the faces and eyes were drawn sometimes.

To be honest, I was being nice and bumped it up a little to encourage another episode. So far the cartoon offers little more than average quality. The chinese bent is a nice change of pace though.
The dialogue was that of a typical anime. "Fallen 13", " blah blah technique", one must note the tone of "pathetic" as well; just to give a few examples. Often enough, i hear groups of characters like the "band of seven" or "some-fancy-name technique" being used. Try not to do that.
I can't tell whether the voice actors were bad or it was just the dialogue. It seemed that there were pauses where there shouldn't be. Typical anime arbitrary sentences like, "they say you can't see your fingers in the forest", shouldn't be used too often. These sentences are okay for some characters as a way of telling the audience about them. There was the trapper though. He was bad. I'm glad he died. With a nice punt kick to the head too.
The animation is of the same anime-ish styles. However, the style was drawn to accommodate chinese clothing at least. As I don't know much about ancient chinese fashion, I can easily be mistaken and fooled.
There isn't too much to improve. You managed to keep me interested with a cliff hanger, but it won't work for very long. I suggest giving more meat plot-wise next time.

At this point it actually seems like this one would come out in better quality as video format rather than Flash! Hope you still have the source files. The quality really blurs here, compared to both your newer video-based stuff and the older in Flashy entirely.
As for the content itself though this is great. :) The second one was an even more clever finale, but this was great. Good character introduction, though at this point not so clear who you should really sympathize with... they all seem lethal.

A fun film here the idea within the flick was good and kept my interest I do think the quality could have been better or improved maybe a different setting? But loved the content on this film
