Good potential.
This has all the basic mechanics of a time-management game, and I can see by the reviews that most people like it quite a bit. But personally I was annoyed by a few things.
First off, the clicking detection seemed pretty shaky. It was hard to tell when you had actually successfully clicked an element. And sometimes, an element had to be clicked 2-5 times before it actually responded. This was especially obvious with the vacuum room and laundry baskets. It meant you had to repeat some actions several times.
Second, the computer upgrade for the front desk doesn't speed the receptionists up any noticeable amount. And they still make the pencil noise.
Third, you can't see the status bar of people behind other people, making it hard to tell who's getting pissed.
Fourth, you occasionally encounter a level where you can serve everyone quickly, do nothing wrong, and still not have quite enough money. This only happened to me once, but still.
And fifth, you abruptly run out of upgrade about 3/4 through the game, making cash accumulation pointless and boring.
All in all, I've seen much better. Then again, this game is free, so I should shut up and carry on with my day.
