Carpal tunnel, here we come!

Fun game, well put together. What I did not like, however, was having to actually click on each guest and click on what action needed to be done. So many mis-clicks from guests that pop up the split second you were trying to click on another guest, throwing off you rhythm and costing time, et cetera ad nauseam. Far too laborious and a pain in the wrist. This game would have been much better with some sort of automation. A real hotel manager hires people to do everything for him, ya know? He doesn't clean the rooms or check guests in himself, he just makes sure everything is going smoothly. :/

i got stuck because there were not enough customers to get the job done, would be nice if you could fix it

A little too complicated

It isnt realistic, who do you know is the porter, receptionist and cleaner of a hotel? it would be sooo much better if you had one role, such as being the receptionist or the manager and hiring people to do all the work. It just got a little freakish later on.

Many things left to improve

The upgrades stopped at level 12 I quess, and the game kept on going for level 20. It got a little bit boring there. You should add some improvements and maybe more rooms or something. There could also be (for example) rules for different kinds of customers so that you'd need to select a suitable room for them. (Eg. old people wouldn't want to stay next to young, loud partying people etc.)

There were also bugs. Sometimes people or cloth basket appeared somewhere just to disappear few milliseconds later.
